By using FunPhotoAI you agree to these terms.

Your content

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission, or photos you otherwise have the right to use.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service.
• You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Not allowed

• Sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content, or any content involving minors in an inappropriate way.
• Impersonating, defaming or deceiving others, including creating misleading images of real people or public figures.
• Infringing others' intellectual property or privacy.
• Abusing the service, e.g. creating multiple accounts to farm free credits.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

Images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Generated images may carry a visible watermark and/or invisible metadata identifying them as AI-generated.

Credits & payments

Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. See our Refund Policy for details.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
