FunPhotoAI ("we") lets you create fun images from your photos. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and sign-in provider (e.g. Google).
• Photos you upload and the images we generate for you.
• Purchase records (handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number).
• Basic technical data such as IP address, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your photos

• Uploaded photos are used only to generate the images you request.
• Photos are sent to our AI model providers solely to process your request.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
• Uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Generated images are kept so you can access them in your account; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
• We do not create or store biometric identifiers or face templates.

Sharing

Generated images are private unless you choose to share them. Shared images are accessible to anyone with the link.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@funphotoai.com. If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA, which we honor.

Children

FunPhotoAI is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU).
